What’s this guarantee?
There are a lot of personal trainers out there. But how do you know which one to train with? I take your goals very seriously and this is my way of proving that to you. There are a few things that are required and that I ask of you to qualify.
All I ask, really, is that you carry out everything I ask of you and keep a log so I can see your progress. If you do that, I guarantee you results!
How often should I train with Carl?
Training with me 3x a week will ensure the best results.
What is included in the price?
People who make the long term commitment to themselves will get everything. I will provide you with nutritional plans, including any necessary supplements you may need to take. You will also be given an exercise plan to do when you’re not with me and full support via phone and e-mail. Working with me guarantees results.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel a session for one reason or another, then you need to give 24 hours notice, otherwise the cost of the full session will be taken.
How do I book my consultation with Carl?
Taking the 1st step is simple. E-mail me with a brief outline of your goals and if I can fit you into my schedule, I will send you a confidential consultation form to fill in.
How do I pay Carl?
You can pay via cash, online or bank transfer. Sessions must be paid for in advance.
